LIVING HOPE'S BUILDING PROGRAM

Living Hope has been blessed by an advanced purchase of seventeen acres
of property at 325 Courthouse Rd (northeast side between Walpole &
Winding Creek Roads (see map).  Plans have been made to construct a
15,800 square foot Child Development and Hope Center on the property
according to the following exterior and interior designs:

On December 4, 2007, the Stafford County Board of Supervisors granted Living Hope a Conditional Use Permit to build the designed facility; and the Site Plan and Construction Drawings will be submitted in January 2008. If Stafford County procedures hold, plan approval should come sometime in July or August 2008 and construction can begin soon thereafter.

Construction will include use of Laborers for Christ, retired Lutheran construction workers who will oversee and assist with the project. God willing, the building will be prepared for occupancy in August 2009.
